Our journey began as a franchise partner with Kitchenmate by PNB, operating a single store. Over time, with hands-on experience and in-depth market understanding, we evolved and launched our own independent venture — HOMIQLO.

HOMIQLO is a brand driven by the vision to become a one-stop destination for all home-related appliances and equipment, with a special focus on products tailored to the needs and lifestyles of modern women

We are on an ambitious growth path, aiming to establish 10 stores by December 2026 and scale up to 50 stores by 2029. With a commitment to quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction, HOMIQLO is set to redefine the homeware and lifestyle shopping experience.

The individual completed their Bachelor of Laws (B.S.L. LL.B) from ILS Law College in Pune, India, between 2003 and 2008. They further pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Nottingham, England, during 2010–2011. With extensive experience in the hospitality and F&B management sectors, they have held various roles in prominent establishments across India. Their professional journey includes managerial positions at Urban Pind in New Delhi and Boombox Cafe in Connaught Place. They have also served as a partner at several cafes and restaurants, such as Mashrabiya at Hotel Ashoka, 3 Pegs Down in Saket, Wiser Miser at The Star Bar, and Calibar in Goa. Additionally, they have experience in the wedding and event management industry with F&B Management in Weddings, having organized events in India, Turkey, Dubai, and Malaysia. They have also been involved in pool parties at The Lalit and The Grand in New Delhi, showcasing their expertise in large-scale hospitality events.

Ankit Aggarwal

Advisor/Mentor/Investor

Mr. Ankit leads the business development, marketing, finance, and strategy for the group. A hands-on executive, he has built a strong team of 200+ people to steer the company into becoming a leading real estate and waste management company in India. Prior to Rollz, he was the co-founder and CEO of Ecogreen Energy, one of the largest waste management companies in India, with a workforce of over 4,000 and a fleet of 2,500+ vehicles, while also setting up India’s largest Waste-to-Energy (WtE) plant. Before that, he served as the CEO of Orris Group in real estate, becoming one of the youngest professionals in India to lead a USD 2 billion diversified real estate group.

He was also a founding member at Red Fort Capital (Private Equity Real Estate Fund), where he led investments totaling USD 1 billion across 21 real estate projects in India. During his time there, he exited four projects with an IRR of over 30% for large institutional investors like ADIA, GIC, FT, and pension funds. Mr. Ankit holds an MBA from ISB (Dean’s List) and a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur (top of the class).

Davinder Singh Saroya is a seasoned legal expert and Registered Insolvency Professional (IBBI) with over 15 years of experience in corporate, real estate, and banking law. He provides strategic advice and litigation support, helping clients manage insolvency, debt restructuring, and financial disputes. An advocate by training, he is known for his expertise in compliance, governance, and regulatory matters. Based in New Delhi, he holds a degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and is a trusted advisor with a strong professional network.
